Caio

When you're gone. We will remember.

Year: 2024 Drama Runtime: 60 min

Overview

The teenage aspiration for independence crashes like an aggressive wave of loneliness. Some drown. In a century where the normal has been transformed into hiding behind lenses, Caio does not learn how to express his feelings, which ends up costing him his life. Only then, the space to explore the boy's suffering appear. Marisol, Elena, and Artur cope with the loss of Caio in different ways. The Brazilian independent film, created by two teenagers, offers a profound reflection on the fragility of existence, the risks of isolation, the power of hope, and the importance of unbreakable bonds formed in moments of shared pain.
