Heaven's Gates, Hell's Flames is a touring evangelistic drama that has been performed worldwide. It is based on an evangelical interpretation of the Gospel, and presents the message that one must believe in Jesus in order to be saved and go to Heaven, or face eternal punishment in Hell. The play takes the form of a series of skits in which various characters are unexpectedly killed, and find out whether they are destined for heaven or hell. If they have refused to be born again, they are sent into Hell, represented by infra-red lights and a literal Satan. A cop sets out to find a man who has been delivering too much of a good thing in this offbeat comedy. Asesino en Serio was the first feature film from director Antonio Urrutia; noted Mexican filmmaker Guillermo del Toro served as executive producer.
Diary of a Country Priest
An inexperienced, sickly priest shows up in the rural French community of Ambricourt, where he joins the community's clergy.
