Overview
Det Støver Stadig (It's Still Dusting) is the second film in the popular "Dust series" (Støv På Hjernen, Støv For Alle Pengene). Once again, Arvid Müller and Aage Stentoft wrote the festive script, which introduced new customs and traditions to the Danish housing market. The small community in the "sleepy town" is easily recognizable, but major changes have taken place since last time, because the residents of Solvænget have—with municipal support—bought the property they live in, and (something completely new at the time) the wives have had to take jobs to make ends meet! Mrs. Rigmor Hansen is absolutely brilliant as the manager of a Quick laundry. Her "truths" about the new everyday life in Denmark are crystal clear—and eternally young. The property's first general meeting with the guys in the stairwell – and the presentation of the first annual accounts – are golden scenes from the golden age of Danish family films.

The film could just as well have been called "Where there is room in the heart, there is also room in the house," because it is actually about an old, seasoned people person's solution to the housing problem. He solves it in his own – admittedly unusual – way, but he solves it! Had he been a little more discreet, his invention would never have been discovered – and he could have lived the rest of his life carefree. But this experienced judge of character – whom we call "the Professor" – had one major flaw: his overly big heart for the small and unfortunate members of society in general and the homeless in particular. Together, they make an awkward but very charming couple on the verge of love. It is a story about trust, friendship, new beginnings, getting a second chance and doing the right thing.
Clash of Egos
Tony has recently been released from a sentence for violent behaviour. He promises to improve his ways and is finally granted a few hours alone with his two children. They celebrate the reunion by going to the movies to see a new film by the famous, critically acclaimed Danish director Claus Volter. But the film is not the masterpiece it is said to be on the poster; the children are crying and Tony cannot get the money back he spent on tickets and candy. Tony does not give up; he seeks out Claus Volter in order to get an explanation and a refund. It is however easier said than done to get money out of a world-renowned filmmaker.
My Dear Wives
The celebrated actor George Bergmann has four divorces behind him. When his four former wives get the impression that he is cozying up to a very young actress, they feel that they must take action. However, this leads to various misunderstandings and complications, which partly involves the former wives' new men and partly the young girl's strict parents.

Composer Jørgen Rhoders lives an easy life, at least according to his son Per. Per and his stepsister, Ulla, decide to give their father a little trouble so that his compositions will improve. However, Jørgen deceives the children, and only when the children cause their parents to fall out does the situation seem to improve. Meanwhile, Ulla believes that Per is in love with Lily.
